Here's another option to not lose $$ in the process
>sell your gubmint coins on fb marketplace/plebbit/ebay (at least 2K sales on ebay so the commission fee is capped at 2%)
>ask price of $30/oz so you can sell it all within a week (and put you in the green most likely, unless you bought the top)
>use all the monies to buy scrap in estates and on ebay for much cheaper
>send it to refinery for melting down into cute hand pours
It will take longer, but you will make money instead of losing it.
Alternatively, you can refine the scrap yourself and cast it in bars. All you need is :
>few buckets
>1 copper pipe
>distilled water
>70% nitric acid
>a furnace / crucible / propane torch / ingot mould / pliers... (all the stuff required to make your bars)
And don't forget the "letter/number nails" (idk how it is called) to engrave your bars with
>FINE SILBER 999 (X) OZ
Not sure how expensive the whole equipment would cost. The purifying part will be cheap and set you back a hundo bux, that's the bar casting material who will be expensive. Maybe try to ask a friend/relative who already own a propane torch if you can use it to save a bit.

I'd like to give this a try, but nitric acid is reserved for pros and highly reglemented over here, i need to figure out a way around the legislation first..
