If you left a lot of money on an exchange like FTX and it got rugged, you just went through a crypto rite of passage and I hope you’ve learned from the experience. I got rugged for what is now a lot of BTC on the exchange cryptsy back in like 2013. back then it was standard to download your own wallet. if you don’t own the private keys to the wallet that crypto is not yours. So back your shit up and don’t leave substantial amounts of money on centralized exchanges.
