When margin hits they have to call you and ask you to sell and ask your selling price.
Theoretically we all have individual ceilings and individual sell prices. The problem is when are they going to pass a law limiting sell prices.
As it stands there are /absolutely no/ laws on record or in the books on limiting a selling price in such on occasion. This is why over-shorting is illegal, as even ONE OVERSHORTED STOCK puts the entire market at risk.
Now imagine hundreds of millions.
