I have a large back debt and I wan't to leave the country I'm in, can I open a ban account in another country so I can have my income go into it, and access the funds easily with a card / internet banking? I also don't want to pay taxes in the country im in

i don't know where else to ask this. so i'll ask here.

lets suppose i have some money and i live in europe. And i want to hide that money from banks in my country trying to collect it.

i have a friend in another european country who has an account there. Would putting the money there with my name in it make any difference? would they still be able to acess the money because its still in europe?

In your opinion, what tax rate is abusive enough to justify tax evasion?
