Crypto traders are so spoiled. 2x in traditional markets is amazing. With that said, a hypothetical long position opened at 10k and closed at 20k using cross leverage at BitMEX would get a 5000% gain. (If 100% is 2x, 5000% is 100x.)

That's presuming you don't get liquidated along the way, and if you do it on perpetuals instead of futures, you have a lot of fees to pay too.
