Ignoring financial issues, 18-26 is the best age for both men and women.

If you do everything "right", 27-32 is when you should have a enough money for house or investments and hopefully the woman is 22-26 and wants to have kids. This rarely happens though because high IQ women want to wait a bit. You can only impregnate low/average IQ at a younger age. Unless you manipulate a high IQ woman - which will cause marriage/home instability as your children get older and she realizes she got "scammed". And IQ is heritable, if you breed with a 100 IQ retard then you are risking your kids future.
