ITT: Give tips to fellow anons to make life less miserable for long-term. No-bullshit.

1) Stop buying things you don't need.
2) Stop wasting money on supplements/nootropics in the hope of changing your life. And stop abusing substances you mongrel.
3) Stop browsing Reddit, Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter. You have to keep control over what information you allow into your life. Being mindful of what media you consume is like dieting for your mind.
4) Stop wasting your time with politics and news under the guise of becoming a better citizen. Stop reading that shit, TIME IS VALUABLE.
5) Stop ordering take-out food. This will drain your wallet and it's unhealthy for body and mind. Cook your own food, easy. It can be as easy as adding some tuna can to a bowl of leafy greens and eating that. Keep it simple so you don't have to do much dishes. Don't be that retard who makes pancakes from scratch, it will net you a time loss of half an hour just to clean everything.
6) Exercise as soon as you get home from work, no excuses, not exercising will literally depress you over time.
