Good morning, baggies! What do you know, another day, another failed prediction about your shares being worth more than $0: >>56352099. Luckily, we've already adapted, and so MOASS was already also scheduled on Sunday and on Tuesday even before today.

If that's the bull thesis, you might also consider some of the complications. NOLs are transferable if the successor entity continues operating the business of the bankrupt company. Now, remember, BBBY's business was not selling its baggots the promise of a short squeeze, so Gamestop won't get the NOLs just because it also does that. Moreover, BBBY's assets were all liquidated even before the shares, and it's even harder to pretend that you'll continue selling overpriced towels for the next two years when the physical locations, the online platform and the store's name and brand have all been sold to completely different entities. Remember, Overstock already continues BBBY's line of business, and it seems to be doing fine (bad price action aside) without the NOLs.

Lawyers cutting themselves a fat paycheck while the baggies get nothing? Nah, that's ridiculous. Now, if you'll excuse me, I'm going to go read the sound and logical arguments about how BBBYQ is never going bankrupt and it's just hedgie fudders lying that it'll ever drop below $15 (around the time most baggots bought).
