interesting that it's the same guy, but that still doesn't it will be a 'subnet' by default. also BBCA is a different consensus method than Avalanche, it simply can't be part of the Avalanche network. that's like saying Facebook Libra, Aptos, and Sui (versions of Hotstuff) would become Avalanche subnets because Ted Yin designed those as well.
