Here's my DD:

>Went from $40 to $8 during financial crisis after real estate bubble popped, then went back up to $90 over a few years. 3 splits were found but none were reverse splits and all were insignificant (like, 1000->1012 type shit)
>Started dying again before corona, corona put too much pressure on it and quickened the devolution.
>Reverse 10->1 split makes it look better than it actually is (should be closer to like 30 cents a share right now)
>Might be severely undervalued?
>Lots of option play right now
