Hey guys, Amerifat here.

I have a few grand on the side I haven't been using and can invest without too much worry if I lose it for a bad investment. I've recently got into trading poopcoins. I use CoinBase for purchasing bitcoin. I transfer most of my holdings to Binance for some poopcoins I feel good about. Since Amerifats aren't allowed on most trades like Binance, BitMax, etc, I use a VPN. I am aware that CoinBase sends tax information for me to report to the IRS. I do not want to get into deep shit, so I intend to be a good goy. Tax fraud ain't my thing.

My question: Do I need to go into detail about reporting where exactly I'm trading my crypto outside of bitcoin if I happen to make money off my investments to the IRS? Can I be vague within reason? If I do the occasional 2 BTC deposit from Binance to Coinbase, will that send off red flags even if I report a profit from investing?

Or am I just in over my head and should expect to lose my investments and move on to something else?

I don't watch much television or (((netflix))) these days. But I had decided to do a rerun of the OC because I watched it religiously when I was going through my final years of highschool.
The character Ryan says this in the first episode. It's sort of a throw away comment to highlight to the audience that he's super intelligent. I found it bizarre that this was the quote they chose, and wondered whether we were still on track for a public system collapse.
