I'm unresponsive to meds and am pretty much doomed. My brain literally doesn't work and can't process urgency. Vyvanse is trash and I'll be asking my doc if I can switch to IR stims

As a last ditch effort I'm going all in on the parasite pill which apparently has cured many, but at this point I find it hard to believe anything will ever help
