2nd interesting thing from fee dockets. Review INITIAL plan and disclosure statement. There are many mentions of reviewing and revising the plan in early June. But this snippet on 6/30/23 is an anomaly in that it references the "initial plan" for the first and only time. Why add that "initial" phrasing?
