It's bad, dude.
It's a known worst-in-the-nation area for traffic and housing area. Insanely crowded; simple trips to the grocery store are an ordeal on par with going to a walmart supercenter at on black friday. No nigs, but most days it feels like 100% pakis, arabs, and chinks everywhere.
Any new development is $1mil starting, and your alternative is a 1960's dilapidated house selling for $1.5mil anyway. You literally cannot get a reasonable house (i.e. built in the past 10-15 years, selling high-700's; not a 6K sq ft shit quality mcmansion) because it will be sold within 1 or 2 days of listing AND the H1B indians who bought it will have come in with an offer $50-70K more than the ask-price.

I had 850 shares at $4 back in September, and never bought back in after getting stopped out during a little dip. No real reason for doing so, just didn't buy in again.
Today I bought 30 shares at $335 out of sheer emotional FOMO and am looking to long $ROPE.
Find a bigger loser ITT, I dare you.
