that's just pushing the responsibility on the individual again, perpetuating the same problem, the real issue is that white people have no culture, and by culture I don't mean books or food recipes or songs or whatever, I mean having an ethos that every member of the group unquestioningly accepts and follows, in-group preferences are justified and perpetuated by every member of the group working towards the same goal, money stops being an ultimate goal and just becomes a tool for the greater good that the ethos of your culture signifies, the problem of white people is that they don't have any of that, like the jews have, white people at this point only have individualist materialism and then people wonder why their in-group preferences broke down and why money became the goal of their existence

nah the guidance counselors are right, studying stem then working at some job is a low risk path which is good for people who are risk averse, sure you don't have to go to high school and hustle your own way up but that's risky, you can easily become a homeless bum by the end of it, or have your skull cracked by some mafia, or in a less dramatic case be a streamer who streams to 2 viewers forever, doing what the school tells you is riding on the rails, it's easy, low risk, low reward, you can stray off from the rails, but there's no guarantee that you won't be eaten by wolves in 10 minutes, you can go around asking bums on the streets or read suicide notes and you'll see that the vast majority of them aren't engineers who got a master's degree, a wife, 3 kids and live in the suburbs, it's all hustlers whose hustle didn't work out
