head over to https://cloud.stakenet.io sign up and then click masternodes and click create masternode and it will spoonfeed you every step of the way.

MNaas stands for Masternode as a service and it means he went to cloud.stakenet.io/ and used stakenet's cloud hosting service AKA the masternode on easy mode where even an idiot can set up and own a masternode on a pretty UI without any of the /g/-tier linux skills needed to set up a masternode manually on a VPS which is what I did because I like it that way okay Im not a nerd I swear.
