I'm not even excited for "cloud" or "AI". I'm sure it is big in some way but its not like seeing windows XP install for the first time. I think technology got too abstract with phone "apps". Tech stocks go up and it doesn't appeal to me. There is no ipod for apple. Maybe I would feel the rush again if some real good AR device came out. Until then tech stocks at large can dump in my opinion.

Thank you for the insights. Will probably look around and analyze to get some real estate stock diversification. Its looking pretty bleak and all so people not owning a home is just part of the bleakness. Driving around looking at empty/underused office complexes at night is depressing. Just imagining some office wagies that are last standouts seeing the few cars sitting in the parking lots, not like watching something like office space where 90s office wagie jobs atleast had parking lot activity. Residential real estate might sadly be next.

Well you know what they say, just buy good assets and never sell them, or sell them when you really need the money. Ups downs just know what you hold and you can never be poor. Dividend sisters what are your favorite holds? Can't go wrong with power companies, mcdonalds, coca cola. They never go out of business and nothing beats contributing to that roth IRA am I right? No taxes no sweat we just get rich off the backs of degenerates and their options losing to the house.

Yep. Being kid in 90s/early 00s I had this same view of major cities. Like they were some awesome place where sophisticated rich people were. Now as adult I could never see myself living in any of them.

Well dont know about you guys but I'm still feeling this is a downturn and many years of slow growth. Will be a good time to work at cinnabon and build grit and character through honest work and long hours. You know humiliation and work ethic, getting out and learning how to interact with people core business skills and all.
