But to answer your other question, the reason why no dollar amount shows up next to it is because whatever service TrustWallet uses to pull pricing data from (often it's stuff like CoinGecko) doesn't have MCDC officially implemented into their tracker.

The team have applied for that sort of thing but it's likely still days away at this point. The token has barely existed for more than 2 days at this point.
