I think the opposite is true. I think the C suites and managers sandbag HARD when companies are private so that they HAVE to go public in order to get money. Then they cash their stacks out and fuck off to some other shitco to do it all over again. This is the chart of the previous company our newst C suite member was at. While they haven't directly accosted me yet I am waiting for that inevitable day.
