ANY resulting war in the Korean penninsula results in millions of NK refugees pouring into racist and xenophobic China. Sounds like fun.

This causes massive diplomatic problems for China with all their neighbors (SK, Japan, Philippines, Vietnam).

America just has to keep 50k troops in SK as a trigger force and buy the occasional Samsung phone.

I'd say America won the long war easily.
