Bitfarms had an EBITDA of 4.5M$, there market cap is 684M$. If there South America plant opens, lets say that adds 4X there current EBITDA, that's still only 22.5M$ in earnings.

It doesn't seem impressive? Am I missing something? I guess if Bitcoin goes to 150k$+ then their earnings go to like 60M$+. And then it's a pretty fair valuation?
