I have been rejected for dozens of job interviews and I always try hard. It's not fair, granted I only go for remote jobs so it's always over zoom which makes it more difficult.

It seems like hr roasties/indian recruiters/and non technical hr scum interview me and judge me negatively even though I present myself as well as I can (wear suit, greet them, have good lighting, on time, always ask questions and send thank you emails)

But it seems like they always judge me, in fact as soon as the interview starts they just stare at me for a few seconds. I understand people judge you in the first 60 seconds and decide if they want to hire you then, but most hr stacies seem judgemental and hire based on favoritism/nepotism. It doesn't help that I am an unnatractive mexican with a shitty voice. Interviewing is so superficial, and I am too autistic to fake it. Please help.

what can I do to increase my chances when everything is stacked against me, I have the credentials. What do you do during the first minute of the interview to sell them that you are the right candidate?

feeling like shit and feel like i've fucked up my future by working jobs that wouldn't actually benefit me. I live in California and only make $57,000 a year and im fucking 26, i feel like a retard. I got a bachelors in communications which was probably stupid and have mainly worked in customer service and help desk jobs, but no matter how i word shit on my resume I can't seem to move up the food chain. It's like the job market is fucking rigged, and the only offers i got in the past were because of luck.

Anyway, am i fucked? i just want to work in customer success/account management, even with my degree and experience talkign to people fucking hr stacies wont give me an "entry level job". What can I do to climb out of this shit situation that life has given me. I just want to hit $70,000 this year but im scared I never will
