C-chain alone has done 5.7 million tx per day the past couple days, ~70 TPS. Overall the network seems to be doing a sustained ~80 TPS. That's more than all of ETH's combined L1/L2 activity on a single chain, without FirewoodDB, and gas is still only 300 nAVAX.
