ITT we closely look over stocks for next week and argue why we think it may (or may not) be a good choice to have.

SRMC:
This company works on monitoring systems to help protect workers and the environment. At 1.65 a share, it's a undervalued company that has been gradually improving over time. With no debt, a good return on equity, and a positive cash flow, I think it would be okay financially. With companies still needing good monitoring systems, I have a feeling this company has a good future, especially since it doesn't get a lot of media attention (yet).

PLUG:
This hydrogen fuel cell maker has the potential to make a good fortune as it is now getting acceptance in other companies, including Wal-Mart. While its financials have not been doing well, the company has reported that it is now in the black. It has great potential to work in the businesses, factories, and vehicles as it provides a lot of energy with little pollution. This technology may be the key to bringing more jobs into the country, especially with pollution concerns.

Is one able to really determine what a stock price is worth from a company? I've been told not to delve into the stock market since the prices now are overvalued. Is it possible for a stock to be undervalued? If so, how?
