Okay where to start. Firstly, the place where to find it is confusing, there is settings and security, you could expect it to be in security but it's not. It's in setting, the solution is to have security settings and make settings easier to reach.
Second the only thing you get is the 24 word phrase, xwallet gives you a 12 word one. The correct thing to do here is to give people the phrase, the key and back up to cloud (iToddlercould or GoogleDrive) That's the standard when it comes to wallets as of now. Not having key is absolute fucking insanity.
Third when backing up the phrase there is no way to copy it.. THIS IS CRAZY. I had to write down all words and made multiple mistakes and skipped words along the way. When I copy and paste the phrase it's always 1:1, there is no security reason on the planet to make people manually write it down, either they simply won't because it's a hassle or they will make mistakes.
Forth, when importing their own 24 word passphrase there is no way to paste.. because they build their own dumb keyboard instead of just copying what is status quo. They did more work to make it shit.
I doubt all this is intentional and is just the result of people that never touched crypto.
