I'm trying to keep averaging in but I'm also a poorfag. I hope I can at least accumulate at least 5M before the serious bull run happens. I can see all the signs of this being the big meme coin of 2024. I've got my finger on the pulse of twitter frogposters, and they're all getting behind it.

>then the real yield is halved.
but that's not an issue if it has a good Return on Risk. You'll still be making a decent amount of dollars at the end of the day.
>eventually you'll blow up on some cyclical trash that goes bankrupt.
Don't be a nigger and pick something that doesn't suck. Bankruptcies rarely just come out of the blue on quality tickers.
>The ability to scale into a position doesn't change the fact that you're bagholding the initial play.
Being able to average in changes the game entirely, instead of being a victim bagholder who went all in it's now a matter of time before a bottom is found and because of your lower average you only need half of the pump to exit. Or if it crabs and you have shares near that price because you controlled your bankroll, you can keep selling calls and keep the money flowing.

It's not infallible and if there was an extended downturn you'll eventually run out of cash and have increased risk vs the original position, but again if you're not a nigger and have good taste in what you pick it shouldn't be likely for it to keep going down forever. There's no perfect strategy served up on a silver platter with no risk. Yeah if you did casinos, muh weed, cruise ships, memes, or commodities you might run into trouble. But picking things that simply won't bleed to death isn't as hard as cynics make it out to be.
