>simple, are there cheaper stores for gold coins outside of Germany?
Probably, but if so, good luck finding them!
How much lower than fucking 1% of premiums do you want to go?
Do you really think that there's folks out there that are intelligent enough to run a trustworthy webshop, yet dumb enough to no know what gold is worth? Outside of the rare
>I actually don't know what I got
boomer on ebay and some weird days when one of the big shops sells a kilo bar for 0.2% below spot and maybe some loss leader special offer (though those seem to be a burger thing with precious metals), trying to buy gold for less than it's worth is probably a recipe to get scammed.
Yes, I know, the stores all buy gold quite a bit below spot, so they technically could also sell still a tad below spot and still make a profit, but why would they? I'd be very vary of www.honestachmedsgoldshop.co.uk trying to tell you that they're selling you gold for below spot because they're so good people.
Guess you could always go panning, outside of the initial investment in tools, you get gold for free!
>What's the term for that, gold junk coins?
Isn't junk circulated coins, i.e. stuff that has been used as money? For gold, that's really long ago and there's much less variety.

>Poll: what's the smallest weight of gold that you ever purchased ?
Don't have a scale, but I guess there's some sub 1/10th of a milimeter pieces in there, so I guess I win!
>purchased
Ah, well, nevermind.

>>Yes I have an inner coin kvetching jew turning every penny/cent.
>I know i'm the same. Sometimes i spend hours on my calculator trying to figure out how to save 50 cents on ebay for like 30 bux worth of junk. I could have spent this time working and actually not care about it, but my penny-pinching autism always take over lol.
Could be worse.
Imagine doing the self for cheap chink shit (+ worrying about if you'll get it at all, if it'll actually work and if it'll give you cancer, thanks >>>/g/csg )

Trips checked.
Guess I'm safe then. Probably gonna keep in in water, just to be sure.
(I'm saving my lead. Eventually, I'm going to write some science paper about lead in streams.)

>Also, fuck working stagnant pools that haven’t dried out. Shit was smelling terrible. Also found plenty of deceased crabs.
Really, fuck that shit!
I still have that smell in my nose, even after doing some sweaty sports and subsequently showering. Any my shoes also still smell like hell. I wanna go back to my pristine mountain stream.

Oh, and here's my nugget (lol) from a few weeks back when my hunch about some mountain stream paid off!
Impossible to get a good shot of those tiny things, but I guess it's still good enough for my fellow fine gold freaks to get off to.
I'll probably be in the area again next week. Gonna take my pan with me, let's hope I find some time to head out. Water level already is higher, but it's yet lacking glacial melt, so I might still have a chance to get into that gully.
