Am I missing something or is SRAC ridiculously undervalued for what it is, even before the spicy dip?

>SRAC will own 1/4 of MNTS equity, implying a merged market cap of ~$1B
meanwhile
>SPCE gets a market cap of $5B just for existing and having space in the ticker
>projected EBITDA for 2024 of $1B, even if we halve that twice that's $250M EBITDA
>a "normal" multiple of 20 = $5B
>a "tech meme" multiple of 40 = $10B
>tech meme multiple and taking projected EBITDA at face value gives us $40B but that's wild Cathie Wood Tesla Targets level wishful thinking
and then if you start calculating share prices from those market caps you get some intensely silly prices ($5B suggests $73/share at 68 million shares post-merger)
tell me where I'm wrong because otherwise I might have an erection lasting more than four hours
