so if i buy on coinbase without using my credit card and use bank it takes a couple days for the bitcoin to appear on my account right?

so if i buy 1 bitcoin at 1900 and a week goes by and its at 2000, did i make 100 dollars because i "bought" the coin or did i make nothing because i didnt have it yet because of the bank taking more time? thx lads
