definitely Russia. Even if Putin manages to hold on for another few years he's old. and when he goes there's no backup, just civil war. China at least has a leadership structure that, while gutted, is nominally designed to smooth out the politics of succession. Brazil or one of the other South American countries are strong dark horse candidates.
