OPTI is literally going to 1000x over the next year. Rovers(Air sanitizers) are already being used in California schools and are going to be used all over America through partnerships and possibly even mandated as part of reopening, since it's top of the line and quiet enough to use in the classroom. This isn't taking into account hospitals/nursing homes/daycares/factories/etc. etc.

iWand is already getting tons of partnerships through hospitals. Now Dr Drew is going to get direct to consumer / retail bolstered. This is in addition to several billboards going up to promote these products.

The $2bn contract is NOT priced in. The $5m+ patents are NOT priced in yet. These will show up on the next income statement/balance sheet in a little over 1 month. OPTI will go parabolic at this point because anyone using a screener to find value OR growth companies will come across this gem. The contract is worth over 250x the valuation of OPTI. The patents are nearly worth more than the valuation as well.

They're also in the process of uplisting to more OTC and eventually NASDAQ. If this was available on robinhood today, it would be a $10bn company, that'd be a 200000% increase.
