if i make a hundred dollars trading, do they get taxed at the same rate as my paycheck? i got taxed 20.3% last check so I would have to apply the same tax rate on any gains? but if i wait 1 year to sell, I can only get taxed 15% max ??? so i'm only saving around 5% if you hold stocks for more than a year?
