The 'conspiracy' is a theme meme. I can't vouch for whether it's true or not or when it started. Yes, there have been times when the market was manipulated by a few bad actors (Hunt bros, JP Morgan employees, Buffet...). Yes, unallocated shares in silver (SLV) are preferred by some stock brokers over allocated (PSLV). Yes, silver inventory is down and demand is up yet prices remain low. So will vehemently defend the conspiracy meme and attack anyone who even suggests cautious skepticism.
