According to a new bill drafted by AOC et al, producing digital assets claiming to tied to the value of a US dollar [any "stablecoin"] will be considered counterfeiting and punishable as such pending an amendment to 7 C.F.R. § 181918 (2011) c - This will affect "de-fi" and any "physical or asset backed cryptocurrency" - We need to fight this with everything we have so it doesn't cut the coming de-fi revolution and any hope of a GBR off at the knees.

I work for the SEC in the Preemptive Caution department and part of our job is to investigate fraudulent cryptocurrency projects and give alternative investors a fair warning before we've definitively concluded the results of the investigation. We've personally contacted the people listed on Reserve's web page and so far only a few of them admitted to having heard about the project.
