welp, it's happening. work are starting to realise i'm incompetent and socially awkward. i should've just become a bricklayer from day 1. school exams didn't try hard enough to filter me.

>work in a call centre
>sometimes have to write up complaint forms
>get told by management that they randomly review our calls, but can't see our screens
>whenever i would start a complaint form i would spam the work nigger 100 times over before deleting the paragraph and filing out the form properly
>later learn that while management can't see our screens we have a quality assurance team who also review our calls but can see our screens and what we typed/clicked on

Just got a secured credit card to build up my credit. Should I max it out and pay it off immediately or is it true that it's better to spend only 30% and pay it off immediately?
