i've thought about this. i think itd be sick to own a storage unit place and just chill in the little house/office place they have in the front and play vidya. are storage units comparable to rental properties in ROI?

Pods would be pretty comfy unironically. why haven't there been any investors to build a big block of homes with pods similar to the size of pic related? just need a small bathroom/kitchenette.
If they can build a bunch of these in LA and rent them out for $500/ea i don't see how money can't be made. plus all the incels/college kids can find cheap housing.
