Got them on ebay from a commercial vendor. 60€ for 10 coins, each 8g 625 silver, so 5g pure Ag per coin. That's barely more expensive than the cheapest 1oz coins from the dealer right now. I consider that a steal considering the memetic value. I could actually just sell them again individually for a healthy profit right now. But no way. They seem to be getting sold out quickly and I don't want to sell unless I'm sure I can buy more later at a reasonable price.
There's also the bigger 5RM with 900 silver but it seems to be even rarer.

I'm no expert, but 5-10€ seems fair, depending on the condition. I paid 6€/coin for 10 of varying quality as you can see. The 5RM version is more expensive, obviously.
