Yep. They can lower reward amount and also add decimals to BAT tipping.

BAT mooning would only ever be beneficial to Brave in every way possible. The only downside from my POV is that it would attract SEC attention but I think BAT passes the Howey Test due to the focus on advertising/utility of the token/etc. (still has a ways to go though)

Not that Brave is using it/selling it all the time, but I think the notion that BAT will "run out" soon is misguided. I don't think that will have the crazy effect on the price that you think it will.

Brave's whole thing is to push their project forward while attempting to ignore anything related to the price of BAT. They won't comment, speculate, or acknowledge anything regarding the price of BAT. They're deathly afraid of the SEC because they know that if BAT is ever challenged, the SEC will put it in an early grave. I can guarantee you that. That's why BAT is walking on thin ice and I don't think it will ever moon - and I mean ever.
