NYC sucks. It's too crowded and ugly. In the winter it's too cold and in the summer it's too hot, but it's too stressful and expensive to drive places because there is nowhere to park and traffic is crazy. When I make it I'll buy a nice humble condo in a no-name town that has the basics and within driving distance of a big city.

I'm a simple guy. I just want my own place where I can NEET in peace with no annoying roommates. Someplace quiet and crime-free but still within reasonable distance of a shopping and cities.
