i worked for an accountant for several years full time
he was paying off the books and under minimum wage
i have request several times to be treated as w2 and get paid on the books and he refused and instead issued me a 1099
after 3 years of this i quit.
he is now refusing to pay me the last two months he owes me or issue me a 1099 for year 2019

what should i do?

on a side note, i never signed any contract or non-disclosure agreement and have a list of all his clients with the social security numbers, what would be the legal ramifications of releasing that information
