National Guard and Marines force them to work at gun point citing some bullshit hypocratic oath they swore to without giving much thought as to what they were swearing an oath to.

>Maybe it hasn't hit the normies yet?

I've concluded that there are 4 general filters that news go through. I normally only pay attention to things that affect our finances and over all bottom line, so I'm open to these observations being off. Anons, feel free to point out where they are skewed.

1)Source: Mr. Powell giving his scheduled Fed talks or Coronavirus giving China a good shellacking .

2)Close to the source: Financial news outlets like Bloomberg, WSJ, CNBC, and FBN get it out whilst preserving the narrative they are trying to drive.

3)Pre-digested: Normie news outlets like NYT, CNN, MSNBC, Twitter verified check marks, et al dumb it down as much as possible so that "it" can be consumed in bite sized pieces.

4)Fecal excrement: Exponential normie outlets (your local news and morning programs like Good Morning America, Today, and company on ABC/CBS/NBC affiliates) move away from talking about things like Kobe Bryant, viral tweets, or videos and into full "HAPPENING" mode.

It's a top down approach, so to speak. The more a particular news event or occurrence occupies each lower level, the more severe it becomes. As of now, I've noticed that the Coronovirus scare is stuck on filter 1 and 2. A small stream has trickled down into filter 3. A couple of droplets have made their way into filter 4
