You're missing point. The massive cost of rent and homes is directly related to central banking fuckery, not landlords. The largest owner of mortgage backed securities is the fucking Fed now. The entire thing is propped up by money printing, not actual price discovery or value.

People who focus on landlords for the their problems are the same people who focus on cops. Both are idiots and will continue to get fucked because they don't attack the actual problem, just a symptom and the system will continue to perpetuate.
