Charity is wasted on the weak. I learned this pretty early on. Human altruism is a flaw in nature. By all rights, most of these indigents should be dead. Yet here they are, trashing up the street, cluttering the hospitals, sucking away money you worked for, popping out more children, infesting your neighborhoods, your schools, your communities, all the while complaining about how they were dealt a bad hand thirty fucking years ago and just never got around to asking for a new one. Believing their birth entitled them to providence. Shifting the blame for every failure, refusing to adapt, demanding accommodations, nay, praise for their misfortunes! Woe unto me, thou must suffer for my misdeeds, and suffer more if ye refuse my requests!

Walking catastrophes, hideous disasters, ambling cartloads of bad luck and ill-fortune, masquerading as the downtrodden. Performative poverty on display. Loathsome creatures filled to the brim with vindictive malice against everyone but the true culprit: himself.
