Would being a consumer make me more motivated to keep a job?

I'm 23. Graduated with an accounting degree from a meme state college. Still live with my dad. He pays my car insurance, my cell phone, etc. I basically only work a few months at a time then quit once I have enough saved to last me another few months. I just go to temp agencies and take $12-17/hour accounting gigs so I don't have to deal with drug tests, interviews, HR, etc.

Should I get my own cell phone, insurance, possibly finance a new car, etc. In order to motivate me to keep a job? I don't want to be a leech my entire life living with my father but at the same time I have no drive whatsoever to work. I just call out sick if I feel like staying home and smoking weed while playing Madden. I quit when I get a few thousand in the bank and then just stay locked up in my bedroom for months trying to stretch my savings out.

How do I change my lifestyle?
