I remember one day where Aile baked second and that thread got deleted, but then later Aile baked first but the hijack thread was allowed to stay up. Even when people were spamming porn pictures the thread wasn't deleted. Very odd.

If this week is any indication and considering this weekend has the movie and a possible government shutdown, next week could be very interesting. Really getting sick of this threadsplitting nonsense. /GME/ has had the designated baker for so fucking long and now some twat throwing a temper tantrum just can't let it go.

I was thinking about that and maybe because street name is Sneed & Co, maybe that binds a companies fiduciary duty to be only in favor of Sneed & Co. So like you said if Sneed & Co is no longer the majority shareholder on street name alone, then GameStop no longer has to do their bidding. Street name really is just a massive loophole for chicanery.

It seems like a really disingenuous movie meant to downplay the actual events. They're really focusing on making the whole thing a "david vs goliath" story instead of acknowledging that the market is rigged and manipulated due to the abuse of a certain market maker. Hopefully the movie leads more people to investigate further and actually start questioning things, but I'm doubtful.

It's really funny that the group of people that don't even play video games can't even fathom why there are tons of people that actually prefer physical copies of their video games. Just a bunch of out of touch and in denial retards that think they all know best. I will always choose to buy physical games.

I wonder if that was as much they could get out of the amsneed redemption. Should be extra interesting how the algo handles things moving right into earnings.

There is definite unease amongst the masses lately. People are realizing more and more that things aren't fine. It's only a matter of time before a crisis starts setting people off in droves. Something has to give and the people barely making ends meet can only be squeezed so much.

Earnings is approaching and a potential crash is looming too. Things are definitely getting interesting that's for sure. The chart is reminding me of this March when the price fell to 16 but pumped on the earnings.

This is why I'm especially curious how the next earnings will be and how the algo will react. I'm expecting decent earnings just because of the big vidya releases early this year, but nothing amazing.

I just can't see how they can short the price to the sub 20 lows or even lower at this point. Plus it works even more against them because people aren't paperhanding at low prices but instead buying even more. I foresee indefinite flatlining until shorts actual start trying to close positions. The price isn't going to magically go down. We've seen this countless times already. If they had complete control of the price, that would just tank it and be done with it. There are definite consequences to pushing the price lower and we all know it. How this will play out when the algo finally does crack is anyone's guess. But I'm confident that the big dips are behind us. If I'm wrong I will happily slurp more.

There are two stock markets: the real one for the rich people, and then the fake one with the unplugged controller for the poor people. The problem is that both use the same money.
