How do you remove your emotions with investing?

I get extreme emotional swings with everything, mostly with FOMO. If something I bought goes up, I get extreme anxiety telling me I should have gotten more of it, etc. When I have a good position, I get extreme fear. I also get a sense of urgency telling me that I have a limited time to make money.

Please tell me some ways I can manage or reduce stress and emotions. I want to just feel flat.
