2011. i started reading about bitcoin in 2010 and bought 2k worth of btc a year later. then i bought avalon asics (50 btc each) and even though they were mining 1.5 btc per day, i was living with my mom and she told me that i had to move them or she would kick me out. i sold them to local crypto companies at 150-200 btc each.

2 reasons
1) after having gone through 2 bubbles and losing 85% of my net each time, i never ever want to go back to that. so i keep a million for bear market times. if shit really hits the fan, i can cash out my usd into traditional finance and live on 50k a year off the million by investing in something low risk like stocks.
2) i can get relatively safe 10-30% returns with yield farming my stablecoins on sites like curve, swerve, etc.

i bought LINK at presale and made enough off it (pic related). i think it's kind of too big to go much higher and i think there are better plays to be made.

i think it's highly likely that we will see BTC at 50-100k next year. i also think it's very likely that ETH and alts will not see much of these gains because most of the money going into BTC will be from institutions. as you can see from the statements by US treasury earlier today, BTC's risk profile is completely different and thus more appealing to institutional investors.
i'm extremely bullish on crypto and i think the next 4 years will make a lot of millionaires just for doing simple things like using defi protocols.
