doesn't make the great men the perverted ones
Jesus is clearly correct, particularly because his teachings are still illegal today, namely this one (I'm paraphrasing here):

"how you treat the lowest among you is how you treat me"

that single statement has still not fully settled in the conscious minds of most people and therefore causes them much anguish and makes them lash out and attack Jesus for speaking the truth.

God came into the world he created inside the flesh prison of a human body
He realized that this place isn't all it's cracked up to be, by virtue of experiencing it for himself (as a spirit trapped in a body). His love for us is so profound that he sacrificed himself and thus broke the cycle of sacrifice that existed before. He broke the cycle by transubstantiating his flesh in the eucharist and his blood in the wine.
