It seems like it isn't. Also, wouldn't these PEs (sector dependent) indicate that we're pricing in too much of a rise? It's going to be skewed to hell and back over Q1 and especially Q2 earnings, but I just really don't see it when broadly, every sector is facing major (likely negative due to market wide debt + co-movement) uncertainty.
