>but proving major hassle
>could probably sell it quick & brake even, ending up with €300k in cash
>could put €200k in link & live off €100k for a while
>€200k @ €20 per link = 10k ChainLink tokens (conservative estimate assuming link goes back up quickly in next 2 months, which it might not)
>10k link @ 100 = €1mill

what would you do in this situation? is selling the apartment & buying link with the money the right move here?
